I inherit the wind I understand the feeling of every single hair on my body They stand, one-by-one I pay close attention to each, anticipating the erection of the next I understand the sharp awareness of my heart pounding fiercely I am not nervous yet the blood flows nervously I understand the continuum of heart beating hair rising Continuum.
I inherit the trees I understand the vision of their sway They also inherit the wind Do they understand that they are mending with me? Their leaves flitter in the wind; I notice the leaves staring at me Their lush green

Ne Permettez....Why is it so unbelievably dark? My heart is racing, it’s hooves are pounding. But so silently, I feel it dry up like a prune and drop. My heart…. Dead? Why is the end so frighteningly near? Oh.. A candle. It glows - so blinding. It blares like the sun once did. Why is there only one light in such a dark, enclosed, and hollow surrounding? The floors, the walls, such an odd shade of melancholy pink.. Magenta? Red? Nevertheless, a shade of such. The ceiling… There is not a thing as such.. Almost as if a throat is what I stare into. So dark. Like this room once was. So claustrophobia inducing. Oval shaped almost.. So empty. So doom Ne Permettez....

The Truth Is...You find out quite a few interesting things when you start to go through your gallery, looking for your best work. You discover areas in which you've improved. You reacquaint yourself with older, dustier emotions you had shoved under the bed and forgotten about, along with a couple of socks.
